This is the best hotel I've been checked in so far..the staff were so friendly the service and the room were so clean..they organise well about my tour and they helped me to figured out everything..and I feel so safe here..the breakfast is all been good..you have everything you needed..I highly recommended this hotel to your trip in Trabzon guys..
This HOTEL is near to all places you may want to visit . breakfast was perfect . Room service was daily and always room was clean. Receptionist was very polite person. We arrived at 2 Am but they helped us very politly . And this hotel has a openroof parking. Generally I suggest you to visit this hotel .
3-night stay in one of the best hotels in Trabzon was fantastic! Room was spotless and cleaned daily, with a fantastic view. Reception staff were helpful, one lady assisted me over the phone with my check-out extension request and gave me 4 extra hours at a reasonable price. Breakfast was great, with good veg and fruit options. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, especially a girl named Tülay who served me well. Only minor issue: shower area needs a closed glass partition to prevent water splashing out. Overall, highly recommend despite this!

I used the services of the Aksular Hotel for 3 nights. Check-in was simple, the room was a decent size. It had a coffee and tea maker. There was no chair or table in the room to put your clothes on. The fridge was full of ice and dirty. The bathroom was very small, with only one towel rack. The bathroom mirror was not functional. The staff was friendly, the room access card was demagnetized twice, but they fixed it quickly. The elevator works on its own accord, but it works. Overall it was a good choice.
It is my 3rd location during my black sea tour to stay. This hotel is sitting at top of my list and deserves more than 5 stars review. In short rooms, cleanliness, food quality, and service quality with always smile expressions from staff are at excellent level. One more note hotel's location is super easy to commute with public transport.

I would give it more than 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐they have really nice service and the hotel is too quiet and clean the room is luxury Its modern and advanced design, cleanliness is 100/100, the smell is refreshing, the bed, pillows and cover are very comfortable, there is one flaw, which is the laundry prices are high, it would be much better if the visitor washed his clothes in the laundry
